We love the peaceful nature of this area — and so do our neighbours! Out of consideration, please keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm, and we kindly ask that no parties are held at the cottage. SEPTIC SYSTEM: We are on an eco-friendly septic tank system, so please only flush toilet paper — no wet wipes or sanitary items, as they don’t break down and can cause damage. Also, please avoid using bleach-based cleaning products, as they disrupt the system. AT CHECKOUT: Before you leave, we would really appreciate if you could: Turn off all lights and the air-conditioning. Empty the fridge and place any leftover food in the rubbish. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes. Close all windows and lock the doors/ Dispose of rubbish in the bins under the top house carport. CLEANING: Excess cleaning, especially unwashed dishes, may incur an additional cleaning fee. Stains on linen or soft furnishings (e.g. blood, food) may result in a dry cleaning charge VISITORS AND GUESTS: Only guests listed in your booking are permitted to stay overnight. We can accommodate a third guest (child only) by request — a single bed is in the lounge, and bedding is only provided when this is arranged in advance. PARKING: There is one dedicated parking space on-site. If you need additional parking, please contact us before arrival. TV & STREAMING: Use the Kogan remote to access all free-to-air channels: SBS, Channel 7, 9, 10, etc. To stream Netflix or other services, use the white Chromecast remote. (Please note: Netflix no longer supports account sharing — you will need to log in with your own details.) KITCHEN & INVENTORY: We have stocked the cottage with everything you need, including cookware, utensils, and crockery. We kindly ask that you don’t take items like cutlery or household goods out of the home (e.g. to the beach), as they are easily misplaced. If something breaks — no stress! Just let us know.

You will have full, private access to the cottage. Check-in is easy with your own pin code for the electronic door lock. Free off-street parking is included. Arriving late? Just let us know — we're happy to leave the outside lights on for you. In winter I leave the electric blanket on to warm your arrival!
